Facing Freedom debuts teaser at the 2013 Care For Aids Gala!
Care for AIDS unveiled 100 portraits from Freedom's Face to Face initiative this week to a crowd of eager donors. The portraits painted on disgarded library books were auctioned off to raise money for CFA and its programs abroad. Programs that help adults living with HIV and AIDS reclaim their lives and care for their families. In 2013 Freedom was invited to Kenya to meet people working with CARE for AIDS and the patients who benefit from their good work. While there he interviewed one hundred indivduals whose lives were significantly impacted by CARE for AIDS and got to spend time listening to their stories.
